Overview

What is board-and-batten metal siding?

It is a popular choice for modern farmhouse homes, storefronts and commercial facades, and as an accent material alongside brick, stone or lap siding. Builders get the board-and-batten look without wood’s vulnerability to rot and insects.

WarHammer Metal supplies board-and-batten metal siding along with the trim and soffit that complete the exterior. Send us your elevations or measurements and we will confirm options.

Questions

Common questions.

Can board-and-batten metal siding be combined with other materials?

Yes. It is often used as an accent with brick, stone, lap siding or other metal panels, for example on a gable, an entry or one section of a facade.

What trim is needed for metal siding?

Most siding projects need trim at outside and inside corners, around windows and doors, at the base of the wall, and where the siding meets the roof or soffit. We supply standard trim and can fabricate custom pieces.
